fibromyalgia trigger points January Favorites [CC]

For today's video I want to share four things that I've chosen as my January Favorites! Two are local to Tucson/Pima County, AZ/southern AZ, but keep these in mind if you live around here or ever choose to visit!

I chose the largest wheel option specifically so I could go on trails like the ones in the Saguaro National Forest without worrying about getting stuck.
